Alloy aluminum layer-stranded cables
MSZ 149/3 EN50183
Alloy aluminum layer-stranded cables are mainly used in medium voltage distribution networks. Their tensile strength is much higher than normal aluminum layer-stranded cables. The ropes have single or multilayer structure. In case of several layers, the outer layer is always right-stranded, other layers alternately left- and right-stranded.
